CONCEPT PROTOTYPE
SMB OPEN ENROLLMENT GROWTH COMMAND CENTER
This is a concept prototype built by AI Workforce Alliance to show how we approach growth-operations problems for enterprise B2B clients.
An interactive prototype for turning intent data, executive thought leadership, webinars, CRM activity, and campaign measurement into one practical operating system.
Many growing B2B companies have the ingredients for demand generation—CRM records, website activity, webinars, content, paid media, partner channels, and customer-facing experts. The challenge is that those signals often live in separate tools, teams, and spreadsheets. AI Workforce Alliance created this concept prototype to show how a growth team could connect those activities into a measurable, human-governed workflow.
Built with fictional companies and mock data. This is an illustrative prototype, not a production insurance-marketing platform or a representation of client results.
LIVE OPERATING VIEW
18 priority accounts
High fit • Webinar attended • Intent rising
Recommended next action: executive follow-up
Human review required before activation
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge: demand generation is often disconnected
For high-consideration B2B services, buyers rarely convert after one interaction. A potential customer may visit a website, research a category, attend a webinar, engage with executive content, and speak with a partner before they are ready for a conversation.
Raw intent data that does not translate into prioritized action.
Generic outreach that ignores buyer context.
Webinars that create registrations but lack a disciplined follow-up path.
Executive social content that is difficult to sustain or connect to pipeline.
Paid-media reporting that ends at clicks rather than qualified conversations.
CRM records that do not clearly reveal the next best action.
Fragmented reporting across marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership.
THE RESPONSE
The prototype: a connected growth command center
The prototype demonstrates an operating model that brings together six areas of work.
CAPABILITY
WHAT THE PROTOTYPE DEMONSTRATES
CRM-centered execution
A HubSpot-oriented account record with campaign fields, ownership, recommended next actions, and controlled mock sync.
Intent activation
A scoring model that combines fit, intent recency, engagement, and growth signals to prioritize accounts.
Executive thought leadership
A repeatable CEO content engine that turns one point of view into LinkedIn content, email, webinar material, retargeting themes, and sales enablement.
ICP segmentation
Distinct buyer segments, decision triggers, message hypotheses, and appropriate calls to action.
Webinar operations
Registration, attendance, follow-up, no-show nurture, and meeting-conversion logic.
Measurement and budget
A test budget, shared KPI model, and clear scale / iterate / stop decisions.
We DELIVER
What AI Workforce Alliance can build
Growth-system discovery
Map buyer journeys, stakeholders, data sources, existing tools, and conversion friction. Identify the minimum viable first-90-day operating model. Define governance, measurement, and experiment priorities.
Marketing operations architecture
Define CRM fields, lifecycle stages, campaign taxonomy, UTM conventions, scoring rules, ownership, and reporting requirements. Design the integration map and SOPs.
AI-enabled content and activation workflows
Design executive thought-leadership systems and human-in-the-loop prompts for account research, personalization, webinar follow-up, and reporting summaries.
Prototype-to-production implementation
Build dashboards, workflow automation, and CRM integration patterns. Configure Microsoft 365, Power Platform, HubSpot, and connected operational tools where appropriate. Train internal teams and provide adoption documentation.
Product marketing systems
Design positioning, messaging frameworks, and content engines that connect product strategy to demand generation. Build the bridge between what gets built and how it gets sold.
